The dining area is situated just off the kitchen and living room and has seating for up to 6 people to make dinner a relaxing and comfortable experience.
The villa has a multitude of terraces allowing you to find your own private place to relax and enjoy the views out towards the Mediterranean.
Recently refurbished, the fully tiled, private pool, is an average of 10m x 5m and located on an upper terrace, offering some of the best views. The pool is arranged into 3 depths from about 60cm to 1.7m, catering for all requirements. Underwater lighting, combined with the terrace lighting will tempt even after the sun goes down. An automatic saltwater system is installed to ensure the optimum water quality at all times without the undesirable features of a standard chorine pool.
The pool is located on a level part way between the house and the roof terrace. A wall surrounds the pool terrace and access is via a gate at the top of a few steps - Show plan
